A limited number of hotel standard rooms are available at the college. 


West Court offers comfortable and stylish accommodation with double and single bedrooms either ensuite or with shared bathrooms, plus some one bedroom apartments. Each bedroom includes a workstation with free WiFi, a flat screen TV, a hospitality tray, and complimentary toiletries.

Parking is not available onsite. There are several public car parks within walking distance. There are also various Park and Ride schemes if you would prefer to not drive into central Cambridge.

All rooms are for the nights of 18, 19 & 20 June and breakfast is included along with dinner on the evening on 19 June. (The conference dinner takes place on 20 June and this is included in the delegate fee).

Wesley House

A limited number of student rooms are available at Wesley House next door to the conference building. Breakfast will be taken at Jesus College. Wesley House guests also have access to communal kitchens.

FAQ

There is no parking available at the college. However, there are several public car parks within walking distance. 

The nearest airport is Stansted (c 32 miles / 51km). Heathrow is approximately 71 miles / 114km away, and Gatwick 96 miles / 154km.

There are regular train services between Cambridge and Stansted. National Express operates bus services between Cambridge and all three airports mentioned above.

The College is located approximately 2miles (3.2 kilometres) from the railway station. Buses run about every 10 minutes and there is a taxi rank outside the station. Taxis cost around £10.

There are various Park and Ride schemes if you would prefer to not drive into central Cambridge.
